Mukhya took her first Kunalini Yoga class in 1970 when she was still in High School. Over the years she incorporated the Yoga lifestyle into her daily routines which gave great improvements to her health and the ability to concentrate her mind. She has taught in person classes for many years and is ready to expand her reach.
Earning her living, marrying, raising children and now helping with grandchildren, Mukhya has lived the life of a householder. She is grateful to Yogi Bhajan who left his home to come teach us how to live Healthy, Happy, and Holy.
